Jake Bidwell will have spent half the season on loan with Brentford by the time his spell there is set to expire in early January; a permanent deal is possible, or the defender could return to Finch Farm.
Jake Bidwell is unsure whether he could make his loan deal at League One Brentford permanent when the transfer window opens in January.

The 19-year-old has impressed for the Bees this season, helping them to fourth in the table with some assured displays at left back.

His loan deal at Griffin Park runs out in early January, and it remains to be seen whether he will extend his stay with Uwe Rosler's side.

“January is still a long way off,” he told London24. “I'm going concentrate week by week and go from there.”

Asked if he could join the Bees on a permanent transfer, he said: “I don't know. I have no idea.”
