These books are officially launched on Monday 24 November and will be available in the deCoubertin online store and at selected bookstores in Merseyside.

Each book contains an original signature from Hickson, taken from a signing carried out by shortly before his death.  The cover is designed by leading artist, Steve Welsh, whose work featured on BBC MOTD's title sequence at World Cup 2014.

This is a limited edition of 250. As with the standard issue, royalties benefit Hickson's nominated charities, the Everton Former Players' Foundation and the Lily Centre.
