I waited for 45 minutes in a queue in Bullens Rd to pick up tickets. When finally seen they told me my tickets were for an adult and a junior, not 2 adults.
They charged me an extra £38. I am now in dispute with Stubhub.
Would like to hear of anyone else who had a similar experience.

I've never waited that long in the line. I suggest that you were not the only one with this issue. For some reason stubhub don't initially state what class the ticket is for. It's only when clicking to pay that I seen this info. This put me off buying until I sussed it out but probably loads never noticed. I was going to take a screenshot to show the class of the ticket was not given, then scream blue murder if they tried to charge extra. You could of always said nothing and used the ticket anyway. Adult goes in first, drops something then the kindly steward helps to pick it up thus being distracted while the junior ticket quickly follows in. Not that I have ever done this but i'm sure it would work.
It was a fiasco picking up Stubhub tickets for the Stoke game! Queued for an hour and half along with hundreds? Thousands? Of others!
Driven 4 hours to arrive by 1 to visit St. Luke's, visit the shop, have a pint, buy a programme etc but spent the whole time queuing for a pre bought ticket! The club needs to sort this out quickly as the thousand or so queuing for over an hour where there not spending money for that time! Very bad PR !
I've just bought what I thought was an adult ticket for the Bournemouth game. After reading this, I checked again and now found out it's an over-65s ticket. I hope I don't get mugged off for more money when I go to collect it before the match...
I wrote to StubHub and mentioned a drop down box for Adult, Child or over 65, so you do not have to click into every one before finding out later, you can select Adult, then it will just put up Adult tickets.
As of yet, 6 months on, have not had a reply or response.
