I look forward to the next instalment. Andy Crooks 2 Posted 10/08/2023 at 08:43:32 Flag this comment Brilliant piece, John, full of quotable lines that I'll be quoting. Nice way to start the day.Cheers. Danny O’Neill 3 Posted 10/08/2023 at 09:57:51 Flag this comment Powerful, emotional, and from the heart, John. Steve Hogan 4 Posted 10/08/2023 at 10:18:27 Flag this comment Wish I had the ability and perseverance to write an article like that, John.Hugely entertaining and one of the best reasons ever to be an Evertonian (whether we like it or not). Dave Abrahams 5 Posted 10/08/2023 at 10:19:58 Flag this comment Very good episode, I could relate to a lot of it starting after the war, the bitter and the sweet times, mostly bitter unfortunately, I've even started going out in short sleeve shirts, thankfully only when it is very warm outside!Roll on the next episode, John. Paul Birmingham 10 Posted 10/08/2023 at 22:47:54 Flag this comment Outstanding John, brilliant humour and so it is, the way it is. Evertonians, will never give up.Looking at BMD today, its going really well, it seems, week on week. Today, I was speaking to the building gate man, supervising deliveries in, and we had a good talk. He is convinced the construction is on track.I sense it will be the best football amphitheatre, in British football for atmosphere., and style, its incredible to think of the transformation of the old dock.Lets hope that the completion of the new stadium, will be a new era for Everton FC.UTFTs!
