Prediction market apps: key facts
| Who regulates them? | The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the federal agency that oversees US futures markets |
| Minimum age | 18+ in most states. 21+ in Arizona, Massachusetts and Virginia, and on some apps (e.g. Novig) |
| Contract prices | $0.01 to $0.99 |
| Payout per contract | $1 if your outcome happens, $0 if it doesn’t |
| Who you trade against | Other users and market makers, not the house |
| Not available | Nevada (all major apps). Coverage elsewhere varies by app |
| Cost to download | No cost on iOS or Android |
What is a prediction market app?
A prediction market app is a mobile exchange where you buy and sell “Yes” or “No” contracts on real-world events, like a game result, an election or an economic data release. Each contract costs between $0.01 and $0.99. That price is the market’s estimate of how likely the outcome is. If you’re right, each contract settles at $1.
Unlike a sportsbook, the app doesn’t set the odds or take the other side of your position. Your order is matched with another trader who holds the opposite view, and prices move with supply and demand. That’s why prediction markets are available in many states where online sports betting isn’t legal: they’re regulated federally as financial derivatives, not as state-licensed gambling.
How prediction market pricing works: a worked example
Say an NFL market prices the Rams at 70¢ and the Lions at 30¢:
- Buy 10 Rams “Yes” contracts at 70¢. You pay $7.00.
- If the Rams win, each contract settles at $1. You get back $10.00, a $3.00 gain before fees.
- If the Lions win, your contracts settle at $0 and you lose the $7.00.
- Sell early. You don’t have to hold until the end. If the Rams’ price rises to 85¢ mid-game, you can sell and lock in the difference.
A price of 70¢ means the market thinks there’s roughly a 70% chance. You’re looking for spots where you think the real probability differs from the price.
How we rank the best prediction market apps
We check every app on this page against the same six criteria. Rankings are reviewed monthly, and whenever a major operator, law or offer changes.
- Regulation. Is the exchange CFTC-registered, either directly or through a CFTC-regulated partner? Unregulated platforms aren’t ranked.
- State availability. Where can you open an account, and are sports contracts available there? Those two answers are often different.
- Market range. How many categories you can trade: sports, politics, economics, crypto, culture, weather and more.
- Liquidity and fill quality. Are there enough orders near the displayed price to get in and out without slippage?
- App experience. Sign-up speed, how many taps a trade takes, live P&L tracking, exiting positions, notifications, and App Store and Google Play ratings.
- Fees, banking and support. How fees are calculated, deposit and withdrawal methods, payout speed, and whether you can reach a real person.
Welcome offers are listed for each app, but they don’t decide the ranking. A big bonus on a thin market costs you more than it gives you.
Best prediction market apps reviewed
1. Kalshi – Best prediction market app overall
| Platforms | iOS, Android, desktop |
| Availability | 41 states + DC (not AZ, IL, MA, MD, MI, MT, NV, OH, WA) |
| Markets | Sports, politics, economics, finance, crypto, culture, weather, tech |
| Fees | Maker and taker fees that vary with contract price. Taker fees are higher |
| App ratings | 4.8/5 App Store · 4.7/5 Google Play |
| Welcome offer | Trade $25, Get $55 in bonus funds · Claimed via our link |
Kalshi is the biggest regulated prediction market in the US and the easiest to recommend as a single app. It runs as a CFTC-regulated exchange and clearinghouse. Its order books are the deepest of any app we compare, especially for NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL markets, so you’re more likely to get filled at or near the price on screen.
Kalshi has many more ratings than any other app here, with hundreds of thousands of App Store reviews and more than 100,000 on Google Play, and it still holds above 4.5 on both. The app shows your current price, live P&L and early-exit value without hunting through menus. Serious traders can use Kalshi Pro for advanced order types.
- $55 bonus for qualifying trades
- Multiple prediction market categories available
- Low $25 qualifying trade requirement
- Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn
- Several states excluded from promotion
- Bonus expires after seven days
The trade-off is a steeper first hour. Kalshi shows more order controls and fee detail up front than Polymarket, which suits experienced users but can feel busy if you’ve never used an exchange. Kalshi is also fighting state challenges, including a September 2026 Sixth Circuit ruling against it.
- Deepest liquidity in US prediction markets
- Wide market range across sports and non-sports events
- Full desktop platform as well as the app
- Referral program after sign-up
- Fee structure takes some learning
- Not available in nine states, including Ohio, Michigan and Illinois
Best for: Anyone who wants one app with deep sports markets plus politics, economics and culture.
18+. New users only. Deposit $10+, then trade $25+ in event contracts within 7 days. Bonus funds can’t be withdrawn and must be used for trades. Terms apply.
2. Polymarket – Best for beginners and market variety
| Platforms | iOS, Android (app-first in the US) |
| Availability | 41 states + DC (not AZ, IL, MA, MD, MI, MT, NV, OH, WA) |
| Markets | 17 categories, including sports, politics, crypto, finance, tech, culture and weather |
| Fees | Price-dependent taker fee. Resting maker orders pay no fee and can earn rebates |
| App ratings | 4.6/5 App Store · 3.9/5 Google Play |
| Welcome offer | Deposit $10, Get $25 trading bonus · Claimed via our link |
Polymarket is the world’s best-known prediction market. It came back to US users in early 2026 after acquiring a CFTC-licensed exchange in 2025. Its US product is built around the mobile app, and that shows: it takes fewer steps to go from a market page to an open position than any other app here, and prices read clearly as probabilities.
You don’t give up range for that simplicity. Polymarket’s 17 categories are the widest board of any US app, and its non-sports markets (elections, macro data, crypto prices, culture) have strong activity. The welcome offer is one of the simplest around: deposit $10 and get a $25 trading bonus, with no qualifying trade needed.
- Low $10 qualifying deposit requirement
- No qualifying trade before activation
- Multiple sports prediction markets available
- Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn
- New customers only; restrictions apply
- Trading carries potential financial losses
Two things to know. Trades settle in USDC (a dollar-pegged stablecoin), and you withdraw through a crypto wallet, which takes some setup if you don’t use crypto. Android ratings also lag behind iOS. In October 2026, Polymarket added voluntary deposit limits and self-exclusion periods, which is a good sign for player protection.
- Easiest app for a first trade
- Widest category range in the US
- Simple deposit-based welcome offer
- Strong liquidity on popular and trending markets
- Withdrawals go through a crypto wallet
- Android app trails the iOS version
Best for: First-time traders, and anyone who wants sports and non-sports markets in one simple app.
18+. New users only. Deposit $10+ to receive a $25 trading bonus. Bonus funds can’t be withdrawn and must be used for trades. Terms apply.
3. ProphetX – Best for sports specialists and widest availability
| Platforms | iOS, Android, desktop |
| Availability | ~48 states (not Nevada) |
| Markets | Sports only: major pro leagues, player props, futures, live, parlays |
| Fees | 2% on net gains from straight trades. No trading fee on net gains from parlays |
| App ratings | 4.8/5 App Store · 4.4/5 Google Play |
| Welcome offer | Trade $50, Get $75 in bonus funds · Claimed via our link |
ProphetX has run a peer-to-peer sports exchange since 2018. It became a fully regulated prediction market in June 2026, when the CFTC registered it as a Designated Contract Market. It now reaches more states than any other app on this list, which makes it the default choice if Kalshi and Polymarket aren’t available where you live.
ProphetX goes deep on sports rather than wide. You’ll find player props, futures and live in-game markets. Its Request-for-Quote system builds and prices same-game parlays quickly, and parlay net gains carry no trading fee. The app shows the order book, so you can see how much size sits at each price before you submit.
- Multiple trades count toward qualification
- First installment arrives within 24 hours
- Qualifying trades need not win
- Full bonus takes 14 days
- Later payments require earlier credit usage
- Trades above $0.80 do not qualify
There are no politics, crypto or economics markets, and liquidity thins out away from major games. Ohio sent ProphetX a cease-and-desist notice in October 2026, so check your state’s status before you deposit.
- Widest state availability of any app here
- Strong parlay tools with no fee on parlay net gains
- Order book visible in the app
- No limits on winning traders
- Sports only
- 2% fee on straight-trade net gains
- Thinner liquidity on niche markets
Best for: Sports traders who want props, live markets and parlays, especially in states the bigger apps don’t cover.
18+. New users only. Trade $50+ within 30 days to receive $75 in bonus funds, paid as three $25 increments. Unused bonus funds expire 45 days after receipt and can’t be withdrawn. Terms apply.
4. Novig – Best for low-fee sports pricing
| Platforms | iOS, Android, desktop |
| Availability | 46+ states + DC (not AZ, MI, NV). Welcome offer available in fewer states |
| Markets | Sports only: major leagues, props, futures, live, parlays |
| Fees | No fee on pregame straight trades. Taker fees on eligible live trades. Parlays use a separate fee structure |
| App ratings | 4.7/5 App Store · 4.5/5 Google Play |
| Welcome offer | Deposit $10, Get $50 in trade credits · Claimed via our link |
Novig became a fully regulated, nationwide prediction market in August 2026. That ended its old dual model with sweepstakes coins, and the app is simpler for it. The pitch is in the name: there’s no sportsbook-style margin built into pregame straight markets, and those trades carry no fee for makers or takers.
If you trade sports and care about price, that matters. Over a season, avoiding a few cents per contract adds up. Novig also runs daily rewards, challenges and Novig Points. Its welcome offer gives one of the best bonus-to-deposit ratios on this page, since you don’t have to place a trade to receive the credits.
- Only $10 deposit required
- Five flexible $5 trade credits
- No additional playthrough requirement
- Credits expire after 30 days
- Credits cannot be withdrawn directly
- Unavailable in Arizona, Michigan, Nevada
The limits are range and depth. Novig covers only sports, and liquidity drops off outside headline games. Some recent Android reviews mention freezing.
- No fee on pregame straight trades
- Good value welcome offer
- Daily rewards and challenges
- Sports only
- Thin liquidity on less popular markets
- Fewer payment options than the leaders
Best for: Price-conscious sports traders who don’t need non-sports markets.
21+. New users only. First deposit of $10+ to receive $50 in trade credits. Trade credits can’t be split across trades or used on make orders. Market and pricing restrictions apply. Terms apply.
5. FanDuel Predicts – Best for sportsbook users
| Platforms | iOS, Android |
| Availability | All 50 states + DC for non-sports. Sports in 18 states: AK, AL, CA, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, MN, ND, NE, NM, OK, RI, SC, SD, TX, UT |
| Markets | Sports, finance, macroeconomics, commodities, crypto, culture |
| Fees | 2% transaction fee based on potential payout, including early sales |
| App ratings | 4.8/5 App Store · 4.6/5 Google Play |
| Welcome offer | Trade $1+ daily for 5 days, Get up to $100 in Predicts bonuses · Auto-applied via our link |
FanDuel Predicts launched in December 2025 in partnership with CME Group, one of the world’s largest derivatives exchanges. If you’ve used FanDuel Sportsbook or FanDuel Fantasy, the app will feel familiar from the first tap. Existing customers can log in with their current credentials, and the app includes built-in learning tools for newcomers.
- Low $1 daily qualifying trade
- Rewards credited within 72 hours
- Earn up to $100 total
- Bonus credits expire within 24 hours
- Bonus principal cannot be withdrawn
The catch is that sports contracts, and the welcome offer, are only available in the 18 states where FanDuel Sportsbook doesn’t operate. Everywhere else, you’ll see finance, commodities and culture markets but no sports. The 2% fee is shown before you confirm a trade.
- Familiar, polished interface
- Low entry point for the welcome offer
- Account access in every state
- Sports markets and bonus only in 18 states
- Narrower market range than Kalshi or Polymarket
- Daily bonus funds expire after 24 hours
Best for: FanDuel customers in one of the 18 sports-eligible states.
18+. New users in eligible states only. Deposit $5+, then trade $1+ each day for 5 consecutive days to receive $20 in bonus funds per day. Bonus funds expire 24 hours after receipt and can’t be withdrawn. Terms apply.
6. DraftKings Predictions – Best for existing DraftKings users
| Platforms | iOS, Android |
| Availability | 38+ states. Sports contracts in select states only |
| Markets | Sports, economics, pop culture, crypto |
| App ratings | 4.8/5 App Store · 4.2/5 Google Play |
| Welcome offer | Trade $5, Get $150 in bonuses · Auto-applied via our link |
DraftKings launched a standalone predictions app in December 2025. If you already have a DraftKings account, you can log in and start trading straight away. The design follows DraftKings’ sportsbook app closely, and reviewers often praise how intuitive it feels, with in-game live tracking. Like FanDuel, DraftKings limits sports contracts to states where its sportsbook doesn’t operate.
- $200 bonus for $5 trade
- No promotional code entry required
- Multiple eligible prediction trading markets
- Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn
- Rewards require multiple manual claims
- Existing DraftKings customers generally excluded
- Familiar UX · Single login for DK users

| Welcome offer | 100% trade match up to $150 (over 14 days) · Auto-applied via our link |
Fanatics Markets launched in December 2025 on a CFTC-regulated partner exchange. You’ll need a Fanatics ONE account, which links to FanCash rewards across the Fanatics ecosystem.
It stands out for awards-show coverage (Oscars, Grammys, Emmys) and has a well-built Help Center. Deposits are limited to online banking, debit cards and Apple Pay, and withdrawals under $1,000 go by online banking only.
- Strong culture and awards markets
- Large trade-match offer
- Clear help resources
- Limited payment methods
- Fewer states than the leaders
18+. New users only. Trade match paid as FanCash over 14 days. Terms apply.
8. Robinhood – Best for investors
| Platforms | iOS, Android (event contracts are mobile-only) |
| Availability | All 50 states + DC. Sports contracts not available in MD, NJ, NV |
| Markets | Full Kalshi catalog, plus preset and custom combos |
| App ratings | 4.3/5 App Store · 4.1/5 Google Play |
| Welcome offer | Stock reward worth $5–$200 · Auto-applied via our link |
Robinhood added prediction markets in late 2024 and runs them on Kalshi’s exchange, so you get the same markets and liquidity inside an app you may already use for stocks and crypto.
- No minimum deposit specified
- Choose from eligible company stocks
- No wagering requirements apply
- Most customers receive only $5
- No dedicated prediction markets bonus
- Reward withdrawal restrictions apply
There’s nothing new to download. Event contracts are only available in the mobile app, there are no sports player props, and the sign-up reward is a single stock rather than trading credit.
- Kalshi liquidity
- Stocks and predictions in one app
- Lower fees for Gold members
- Weak welcome offer
- No player props
- No desktop trading for event contracts
9. Underdog – Best mobile-first sports app
| Platforms | iOS, Android, desktop |
| Availability | 38 states + DC |
| Markets | Sports |
| Welcome offer | Play $5, Get $100 in bonus entries · Claimed via our link |
Underdog brings its well-reviewed DFS app design to prediction markets and works with several regulated exchange partners. It’s quick, sports-focused and backed by 24/7 support. Liquidity is still building, and Underdog received cease-and-desist notices from Ohio and Missouri in 2026, so check that it’s available in your state.
- Polished mobile app
- Fast withdrawals
- 24/7 support
- Lower liquidity
- Restricted in some states
18+ (19+ in AL and NE; 21+ in AZ, MA and VA). New users only. Ten $10 bonus entries, one per day for 10 days. Terms apply.
10. OG – Best for live sports trading
| Platforms | iOS, Android, desktop |
| Availability | Most states (not NY or AZ). Sports contracts not in IL, MA, MD, MI, NJ, NV, OH |
| Markets | Sports, politics, economics, culture, weather |
| App ratings | 4.1/5 App Store · 4.0/5 Google Play |
| Welcome offer | Trade $10, Get $10 · Auto-applied via our link |
OG launched on February 3, 2026. It adds a social layer that other apps lack: in-app community chat, leaderboards and a feed of other traders’ activity. Live player-prop trading is smooth. Because OG’s books are smaller, prices can sit well above or below Kalshi’s, so compare before you trade. You can deposit by ACH, PayPal, Venmo, wire, or Apple and Google Pay, but withdrawals are ACH only.
- Strong live markets
- Social features
- Wide deposit options
- Volatile pricing
- ACH-only withdrawals
- Limited support
11. Gemini – Best first-trade match
| Platforms | iOS, Android, desktop (listed as Gemini Markets) |
| Availability | All 50 states + DC |
| Markets | Sports, crypto, economics, politics, tech, culture |
| Welcome offer | 50% first-trade match up to $100 in Predict Cash · Auto-applied via our link |
Gemini Predictions went live in December 2025 inside the Gemini crypto exchange. A dual pricing view shows your potential return at a glance, and there are no trade caps beyond available liquidity. Fees are slightly higher than some rivals, niche markets are thin, and customer support is slow.
- Nationwide access
- No trade caps
- Clear pricing view
- Higher fees
- Slow support
New users only. Predict Cash can’t be withdrawn or transferred. Terms apply.
12. Plus500 – Best for low commissions
| Platforms | iOS, Android, desktop |
| Availability | All states + DC |
| Markets | Sports, economics, politics |
| Welcome offer | Trade $10, Get $20 in bonus funds · Claimed via our link |
Plus500 is a publicly traded fintech brand, and its prediction contracts are cleared through Kalshi Klear LLC. That means Kalshi’s market range at low commissions. It’s newer and less focused on sports than the leaders.
- Low commissions
- Established, listed company
- New to prediction markets
- Lighter sports focus
18+ (21+ where required). New users only. First trade of $10+. Bonus funds can’t be withdrawn or transferred. Terms apply.
13. Onyx – Best for social sports predictions
| Platforms | iOS, Android, desktop |
| Availability | 9 states: AL, CA, CO, ID, IN, LA, ME, NJ, WV |
| Markets | Sports, tech, finance, crypto |
| Welcome offer | Spend $10, Get $50 · Claimed via our link |
Onyx moved from social sweepstakes to a CFTC-registered prediction market, launching in nine states with a fully rebuilt app. The welcome offer is strong for the deposit, but availability is the narrowest on this list.
- Generous offer
- Rebuilt mobile app
- Only 9 states
Other options: Coinbase and Sleeper Markets also offer event contracts. Sleeper uses Kalshi’s markets inside its DFS app.
Prediction market app fees compared
Fees vary more than most people expect. They can depend on contract price, whether you add or take liquidity, whether the market is live, and whether you’re trading a straight contract or a parlay.
| App | How trading fees work |
|---|---|
| Kalshi | Maker and taker fees that vary with contract price. Taker fees are higher than maker fees |
| Polymarket | Price-dependent taker fee. Resting maker orders pay no fee and can earn rebates |
| ProphetX | 2% on net gains from straight trades. No fee on parlay net gains |
| Novig | No fee on pregame straight trades. Taker fees on eligible live trades. Separate parlay fees |
| FanDuel Predicts | 2% transaction fee based on potential payout, including early sales |
Tip: The listed fee isn’t your full cost. On a thin market, a large order can fill across several price levels. If you see 58¢ but your 1,000-contract order averages 59¢, that’s $10 of slippage on top of the fee. Check the order book before any sizeable trade.
Prediction market app ratings: App Store vs Google Play
| App | App Store (iOS) | Google Play (Android) |
|---|---|---|
| Kalshi | 4.8 | 4.7 |
| Polymarket | 4.6 | 3.9 |
| ProphetX | 4.8 | 4.4 |
| Novig | 4.7 | 4.5 |
| FanDuel Predicts | 4.8 | 4.6 |
| DraftKings Predictions | 4.8 | 4.2 |
| Fanatics Markets | 4.4 | 3.8 |
| Robinhood | 4.3 | 4.1 |
| OG | 4.1 | 4.0 |
Ratings checked October 15, 2026, and they change often. Kalshi has the largest review sample by a wide margin.
Best prediction market app for iPhone: Kalshi. It holds 4.8 from the largest number of reviews of any app in the category. Best prediction market app for Android: Kalshi (4.7). FanDuel Predicts (4.6) is a close second if you’re in a sports-eligible state.
Are prediction market apps legal in the US?
Yes. Prediction market apps are legal in most of the US because they’re regulated federally by the CFTC as event contracts, not by state gambling laws. Every app ranked on this page operates through a CFTC-registered exchange, either directly or through a regulated partner.
That said, the legal picture is moving fast. Several states argue that sports event contracts are unlicensed sports betting:
- Nevada has blocked the major apps, and its regulator treats sports event contracts as unlawful wagering unless they’re licensed.
- Ohio sent cease-and-desist notices to ten prediction market companies in October 2026, including Polymarket, Novig, Underdog and ProphetX.
- Missouri’s Attorney General issued cease-and-desist notices to six operators in September 2026, including Kalshi, Polymarket, Robinhood, Underdog and Novig.
- New York sued Polymarket in September 2026, and the Sixth Circuit ruled against Kalshi on state gambling law that same month.
- Michigan: Coinbase stopped offering sports event contracts there on October 10, 2026.
The practical upshot: an app can be available in your state for politics or economics but not for sports, and that can change at short notice. Always check eligibility in the app before you deposit or claim an offer.
What states have prediction market apps?
Prediction markets are available in most states plus Washington, DC. ProphetX has the widest footprint (about 48 states), followed by Novig (46+ states + DC) and Kalshi and Polymarket (41 states + DC each). Nevada is excluded across the board. Arizona, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Ohio and Washington are the most common gaps for the two biggest apps.
Prediction market apps vs sportsbooks

| House margin | No built-in vig. Exchange fees instead | Vig built into odds (e.g. -110 on both sides) |
| Limits on winning users | Generally none | Can limit sharp bettors |
| Exit early | Sell any time at market price | Cash-out at the book’s price, where offered |
| Markets | Sports, politics, economics, culture, weather | Mostly sports |
| Availability | Most states | Only states with legal sports betting |

| Want one app for everything | Kalshi |
| Mainly trade politics, macro or crypto | Polymarket or Kalshi |
| Want the deepest sports liquidity | Kalshi |
| Live in a state the big two don’t cover | ProphetX |
| Love props, parlays and live trading | ProphetX or OG |
| Care most about the price you pay | Novig |
| Already use FanDuel or DraftKings | FanDuel Predicts or DraftKings Predictions |
| Already invest with Robinhood | Robinhood |
| Prefer to fund with crypto | Gemini |
Our advice: Many experienced traders hold two accounts, one broad app (Kalshi or Polymarket) and one sports specialist (ProphetX or Novig), and compare prices on the same event before trading. Claim one welcome offer at a time so you can judge which app you actually prefer.
Pros and cons of prediction market apps
- Available in most US states, including many without legal sports betting
- Federally regulated by the CFTC
- Prices are set by users, not a house margin
- Sell your position any time before settlement
- Markets well beyond sports
- Learning curve if you’re new to exchanges
- Thin liquidity outside headline markets
- Some apps require a crypto wallet
- Ongoing state legal challenges can change availability quickly
Responsible trading on prediction market apps
Event contracts involve real money and real risk. You can lose your full stake on any trade. Treat prediction markets as entertainment, never as a source of income or a way to solve money problems.
- Set deposit limits. Most apps, including Kalshi and Polymarket, let you cap deposits.
- Use cool-off and self-exclusion tools if trading stops being fun.
- Only trade what you can afford to lose, and never chase losses.
- Stick to markets you understand, and start with small positions.
Gambling problem? Call 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537) or the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700, available 24/7. Many states run their own helplines too.
Best prediction market apps FAQs
What is the best prediction market app?
Kalshi is the best prediction market app for most US users thanks to its deep liquidity, wide market range and top-rated iOS and Android apps. Polymarket is the best choice for beginners.
What is the best prediction market app for beginners?
Polymarket. It has the simplest order flow, prices are easy to read as probabilities, and its welcome offer only needs a $10 deposit.
Are prediction market apps legal?
Yes. Prediction market apps are regulated federally by the CFTC and are legal in most states. Nevada blocks the major apps, and some states, including Ohio and Missouri, have challenged sports event contracts, so availability varies by app and by market.
What is the best prediction market for sports?
Kalshi has the deepest sports liquidity. ProphetX is best for parlays and props, and Novig offers the lowest fees on pregame straight trades.
How do prediction market apps make money?
They charge trading fees on executed orders or on net gains. Because you trade against other users, the app doesn’t profit when you lose.
Can you use more than one prediction market app?
Yes. Holding accounts on two or three apps lets you compare prices on the same event and trade wherever the contract is cheapest.
What is the minimum age for prediction market apps?
18+ in most states. Arizona, Massachusetts and Virginia require 21+, and some apps, such as Novig, are 21+ everywhere.
Do prediction market apps cost anything to download?
No. Every app on this page costs nothing to download. You pay trading fees only when you trade.
Which prediction market apps work in California, Texas and Florida?
Kalshi, Polymarket, ProphetX, Novig and FanDuel Predicts, including sports contracts, all operate in California, Texas and Florida.
Is my money safe on a prediction market app?
CFTC-regulated exchanges must hold customer funds separately from company funds and settle trades through a regulated clearinghouse. Stick to the regulated apps on this page.
