The Mail Bag

Everton Direct (Kitbag)

Comments (7)

Just a little word of warning to all those who will order the new kit tomorrow and expect to recieve it in the next couple of days.

I have only just recieved my Fathers Day present even though my wife paid the extra £7 to get the stuff delivered in 2 days. After the delivery did not arrive, she phoned Everton Direct who stated that, even though she had paid the extra shipping charge, it still takes 4 DAYS(!!) to get the stock out of the warehouse. This is supposed to be a multi-million pound company, yet it takes 4 days to get the stock ready for despatch?!? Come on, what a load of crap!

I hope this is not a sign of things to come in the next 10 years!

Happy buying!

Sorry to hear about your bad luck, but I will defend Kitbag by saying that I got my new home shirt in the post this morning, so I am delighted so far!

Let's just hope your situation is the blip and not the rule.

Got mine in timely fashion also.

Perhaps EFC need to invest in a a sheep battering delivery truck? All your ex girlfriends maybe slowed the package down Scott.

Only kidding scott - i love Wales. It always makes me feel tall.

I too received my top a day early and so far have only have good things to say about the new set-up. they seem ultra professional and are seemingly giving us blues the service and standards we expected and called for all throughout the JJB agreement. I’m sure mistakes will happen but on the whole the new shops and gear looks good. Well done Everton!

I have been receiving e-mails telling me about when the last day to pre-order was to get them today. I am actualy still waiting for my training tops but I doubt they will be classed as important as the actual kits.
