Honouring our Founding Father

Comments (6)

I spotted an article earlier today via News Now on the LFC official site about how Rick Parry and big Blue Bill will be attending a service honoring the former St Domingo chapel minister, the Rev Ben Swift Chambers and how the long forgotten grave stone will be renovated.

I would have expected this to have been a newsworthy for the official EFC site especially with our 'knowing our history', rather than them 'filling' the void with some of the other crud we've recently seen eg the karting story. But for some reason it seems not to be on the blue radar.

My thoughts then wandered to them chatting over a cup of tea after the service with the the three vicars, putting more recent divisions aside and discussing the merits of coming together in a UK unparalleled shared stadium....

I suspect BK got swept away with the chance of being in the public eye to gain some publicity after all Terry Tesco and Blue Bill were founding memebers of the the KBlues and don’t give a hoot about the Everton the majority of us love.

I think one too many have forgot their history recently, this should have been a must news article for the EFC website, poor show.

If a shared stadium resembeled the Allianz arena in Munich then I would personally be all for it. Stadium of the city, ambitious, grand and beautiful.

What the fuck is any self-respecting Evertonian doing browsing the RS website? And how the hell did Parry get to be part of any celebration of OUR founding fathers?
No wonder we?re being fucked off to Kirkby!

Contrary to the official website, Ben Chambers was not the founding fathers of Merseyside football ? he was the founder of EVERTON FC. How that grovelling bastard Kenwright can stand and pay resect with the likes of Parry just demonstrates how easily it has been for him to send us to the Kirby shithole!
