A bald head matches the ’sparseness’ of our squad....maybe it should be squid.Now that Anichebe is off that makes us playing 10 little Indians...and then there were none !! Who the hell would want to join a club that has no (signed manager) probably the lowest wages in the premier league outside maybe Wigan and Hull and absolutely no investment in the future. We should change the name of our ground to Bleak House....the season is virtually upon us and nothing seems to be happening !! Other teams are also slow to move in the transfer window but they have bigger squads and can afford to wait..We were already low before losing McFadden, since then Carsley has gone, Graveson, Wessels, Fernandez,plus Cahill, Hibbert, Baines,Vaughn and now Anichebe all due to miss the start of the season..Arteta only just back and Johnson seemingly on his way out....Looks like Neville will be here to turn the lights off !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was just wondering why didn't we take a punt on Cattermole from Boro'? He's young, he's tough, he's bald and his name is Lee, does he not remind you of a young Lee Carsley?? I just thought it would have been a small addition which would've helped!
