Shirt delivery - is this a record?

Comments (12)

I have a big cheesy grin on my face, and I want to know if this is a record for Everton Home shirt delivery?

11:34 on the 24th - Billing information received Manchester
11:36 on the 28th - Delivery at door

What's so special about this is that it took only 4 days and 2 minutes to get my shirts to Houston, Texas, via Cologne (yes, the Germany one) and Louisville, Kentucky ? and one of the shirts was a special order name/number!

I'm ready for Denver now.......

Boy, wish KW would deal with transfers as quick!

He won’t be dealing with any transfers now. Well maybe a few Swiss Bank ones, but he’s gone now so I’ll leave it at that!

Hey Gerry

Is there any kind of Everton supporters group in that neck of the woods? Going through the slow green card process at the moment after marring a Texan girl in February, and going to be moving to Beaumont when that’s done.

Congrats on the new kit, Gerry! Speaking of Denver, my Dad and I are flying down from Vancouver, BC, Canada to catch the match. Sitting in the away supporters section. You might be easy to spot, if you are one of the first ones to get the brand new kit! COYB!

Guys, what is it about wives who know that they are about to see Mikel Arteta in the flesh?????? I don’t stand a chance!

Robin, the only supporters club in USA is based in Chicago (EFCSCNA website). Unfortunately, the Denver part of the Everton tour has been somewhat left out by them as they have concentrated totally on Chicago - they say that they had no contact in Denver to arrange anything.
However, fear not, all you blues who are lucky enough to make it to Denver, we have been in contact with the British Bulldog pub and they are more than happy to welcome us in Denver on Saturday night and on Sunday before/after the match (late closing hours 2am. You’ll spot us easily, as Cathie and I will be the ones in the Everton shirts - hope to see you there,

Would like to ask if anyone’s bought the youth kits, and whether without the ’Chang’ it’s kinda bland. Opinions welcomed, looking to buy for the boy. Cheers.

Hi Jason,

I bought my son the new kit with no Chang branding and I have to say it does look bland compared to last years with Chang on the shirt.

I can see the logic behind this but the only place I have ever seen Chang for sale is at the ground! So even if my 3 year old wanted to sneak out after being brain washed by his old Everton shirt and buy some Chang he would never be able to find it let alone get served!!!

The world has gone PC crazy......

Thanks Paul.

You know, the feeling I’m having is that having gone through the trouble of getting the kit at 30quid plus shipping, the boy’s going to be ridiculed by his (and my) mates for buying a fake! Where’s the sponsor you cheap little shit? Yes, but Everton have gone the morale ground and removed it from the kids line. So are you implying something about my lad in his Liverpool kit with Carlsberg, who we’ve won 5 EUROPEAN CUPS??

To make matters worse, you really can get a fake youth kit here for less than a fiver, that includes sponsor logo AND Cahill 17 (or custom) on the back SCALED DOWN to the youth kit’s size. Exact fonts and with the lion logo in the numbers! Officially you can’t even get smaller letters and fonts!
