I, like most Everton fans, am sick to death with transfer rumours, Moyes contract issues, Kirkby, investors... etc. It's time for the club and the board to come clean to the people who pay their wages ? Us, The Fans!
1. Are we going to be signing any players this summer? Now we all know that the EGM is coming up shortly and these are the sort of questions that need to be answered. I'm sick of the spin, treating us like sheep, statements here and there but actually telling us nothing. We deserve better, we as fans want to know whether we will be watching Mountinho and Fernandes in the middle of the park or Neville and Rodwell.
2. Where has the money gone from the McFadden, and the £10 million that we had last year to buy Fernandes?
3. Is Moyes going to sign his contract, simple yes or no?
4, Is Moyes delaying his contract, because he is waiting to see his transfer funds?
5. When is this bloody Kirkby announcement going to be made?
6. Why did Wyness leave?
7. If investors are interested, who and how many?
8. What is the role of Green and Earl, do they run the club?
9. What is the delay in the AJ move?
Second best is not good enough, we want to compete, and if Mr Kenwright can't help us to that goal well its time to go, mister. God forbid, if we have a bad start to the new season with such a tiny squad we could be in a lot of trouble this year; however, there's still time for Moyes and Kenwright to get us in half-decent shape... but not much ? so get your finger out!

Take a look at the latest quotes -
?I was hoping to have added to the squad by now to give the players a lift"
"It?s not just a new face we need - it?s new faces. My big concern is that anybody we bring in now probably won?t be ready to start the Premier League season.
?It?s getting to the stage where you are wondering how long it takes for new players to settle. I?m hoping we will have some in (before the start of the season). But I?m not totally confident because you never know what happens.?
Have these journalists not thought to ask one very simple question that is screaming out to be asked??
WHY, DAVID HAVE YOU NOT SIGNED ANYONE IN THE THREE MONTHS OF CLOSE SEASON IF YOU HAVE BEEN SO DESPERATE TO ADD FACES???
Then what is taking so effing long? Every statement Moyes is giving reeks of frustration and anger at the club rather than the situation.
Something has stunk through the entire summer at our club and I have the feeling that come the next week or so, we are either going to be very disappointed or very excited!
You best tell BK that its a business then because he still thinks "I?m not the owner, I?m just the patron overseeing the running of the club for the fans who really own it." (Bit of paraphrasing...). If it was ?JUST? a business we would withdraw our custom and they would be bankrupt! (But that bankrupt word says it all doesn't it?)
Even if it’s bollocks to the lot of you it would be a start.
Could not agree more Mark.
Possibly
2. Where has the money gone from the McFadden, and the £10 million that we had last year to buy Fernandes?
A bank account?
3. Is Moyes going to sign his contract, simple yes or no?
Well maybe.
4, Is Moyes delaying his contract, because he is waiting to see his transfer funds?
Could be, depends which paper you read with your coffee and bacon butty.
5. When is this bloody Kirkby announcement going to be made?
When the Government decide.
6. Why did Wyness leave?
Because he was offered a good deal by Ginsters.
7. If investors are interested, who and how many?
They tend to not want to be splashed all over the second to back page.
8. What is the role of Green and Earl, do they run the club?
Erm.. BK runs it, but they have more money than he does. So if you want money you ask them very very nicely.
9. What is the delay in the AJ move?
Fulham. Not exactly the first time they have done this is it?

You can choose to continue to give money to the company if you so choose... and the Board knows that you will because you love the club and, well, football clubs, unlike other businesses, don't follow traditional client-customer relationships!
The EGM can only tackle the Kirkby issue, the rest of your concerns (those that haven't already been answered this week by official club statements, which you can choose to believe or not) are ones for which you'll have to wait until it all comes out in the wash. And some questions will never be answered. That's the way it works.
