M'bia to Newcastle

Comments (9)

According to Wikipedia. On the 26th August 2008 Newcastle United agreed a fee with Rennes. The fee is undisclosed but is thought to be around £8 million. M'Bia has signed a 5-year deal with the club.

If this ends up to be true, Moyes and Kenwright deserve to be shot.

Who says we actually want him? It seems very Nugentesque to me...I’m a Blue, come and get me, I want to play for you.....with absolutely nothing coming from Everton saying they are to or have made a bid.

Some years ago I was a close associate of David Bowie’s and a huge influence on his early career for over 2 days - DO NOT believe everything you read on Wikipedia Brian.

I think the story also came from the local Newcastle newspaper too, just saying they could be intrested in M’Bia

James Milner has just handed in a transfer request.

Much better option than Riera, also, more skilful than SWP.

Get it DONE!!!!

Agree about Milner would be a good signing an always 100% committed, but think he will probably end up at Villa.

Well, the thing about Wiki-anything is that anyone can contribute. If this is all it takes to build a team get that Tony Marsh fella to sign on and announce a host of new Everton signings...........

About 6 years ago, a mate of mine who is a Man U fan had me listed on Wikipedia as caretaker manager for Everton for 6 weeks after Joe Royle left----apparently I was the clubdoctor and stepped into the breach while the club looked for a longer term replacement. That stayed on Wiki for at least a month or two......

Nice one Mike B!

Although I have to say you were bad enough as the club doctor and absolutely crap as manager.....
