E-ticketing

Comments (6)

I've just bought tickets online for the first time since Metallist last year when they didn't send the tickets out on time.

Are they actually sending tickets out now like they should or is it a queue up at Bullens Road Box Office job again so we miss the kick off??

John, I bought a couple for the PSV friendly a few (3?) days before and got them the next day in Gloucester. Hopefully they have got their act together.

I think the new eticketing service is excellent. You can now select the very seat you want and the tickets I ordered for the Pompey game got to me quicker than I could say "Oh Fuck!" when I saw Defoe squeeze that opener in.

This club is an absolute fucking joke. I have 3 season tickets - mine and one each for my lads. They can't get to the Liege game so I rang up for one ticket only. I discover I have been signed up for the auto cup ticket scheme so have been charged for 3 tickets. The club admit I didn't request this but say I have to write and request I be removed from the scheme before I can get my money back. Their mistake so I have to write in to correct it. You couldn't get away with it in a fucking pantomime!

On the subject of season tickets, is anyone having trouble getting into the ground with this so called "smart card" ? mine's a fucking nuisance, twice now its rejected me and I have to walk from Gwladys Street to the ticket office ? probably just another EFC fuck up!

Question I would like to ask John is if you live in Liverpool why both with buying online, why not just go to the box office? They open at 8am now. I live 2 miles from the ground and although I very rarely go the match these days, when I do it's so much easier to go to a usually deserted box office instead of relying on third parties to get your ticket to you.

The job-lot is a fuckin shambles mate. Don?t be surprised if they send you an old kit or a ticket to see The Spice Girls.

In fact you will be lucky to get fuckin? anythin?...

EFC is a mess.
