The Mail Bag

By the way, which one's Pink?

Just to let everyone know, the Pink shirt is back.

It looks like a very limited release again, so it doesn't look as though the club have heeded last year's experience. At least this time a £5 deposit should secure your shirt.

Get them while they're hot folks. They'll be gone before you know it.

Interesting title post...... Reminds me of the Last Chance Saloon which advocates Liquor in the front, and Poker in the rear!

Well, anywho...

I think we are due a throwback jersey to when we sported a black top with a pink salmon sash across the front. Looks well good...back to the Black Watch, I say...

Peter Stone.
Pure class mate. LMFAO.
Think I’ll buy a shirt for the daughter’s boyfriend, think he supports Manure.

Great news. Time that the club embraced its more femine side. Any truth in the rumour that as part of DM?s new contract he will have to wear lip gloss and eyeliner? Personally, I think he would look gorgeous will some highlights in those ginger locks.

Come on, lads. If you have no issues with your sexuality then join me in wearing the pink shirt with pride. Why should the ladies have all the fun :0) Most of the gorgeous ladies that I know love a man in a pink shirt!

Top man for posting this, as its helped someone I know to get one this morning from the megastore (last years shirt, which was mentioned in the article, that they would have a few in the shop today).

I thought they were all sold originally, so they told us a few months ago? There were several questions at the time (including from me) as to how they managed to sell all of the shirts in one day, it seemed unlikely, then we all had to put up with ebay auctions for weeks on end at ridiculous prices.

So where did these old ones come from?...

Took me all day to get through to the Megastore to purchase a pink shirt for Breast Cancer. Every time I rang I listened to the Z-Cars theme for five minutes - not that I don?t love it!! When I did get through the girl at the store told me it has been "maniac" and they had sold thousands that day and were nearly sold out.

By the way, Jeremy, the original pink shirts were soon sold out and this is a special extra batch which has been made although they will not be despatched until November. Can?t understand that if they are in stock now. Had to pay upfront so guess the Club will get the interest on my money and others, until they were received.

We managed to order our shirts this morning. Yes, if you pay over the phone you have to pay in full. Just wanted to tell the people who want to order the number I found the easiest to get through on. 0870 442 1878, it was option 3, then option 1. Good luck to everyone ordering. It is all for a good cause.
