Evertonians in Lisbon

Here's a video of our trip to Lisbon which I just knocked up on the plane on the way back from Portugai. A good trip ruined by a football match...

Fan-bloody-tastic, Guy. Great to get some of the atmosphere over here in Australia. Thanks

Never a fan of peoples holiday videos, but this is much better than Charlie Boreman’s crap that makes it on TV haha.

Love the fact their police dress as Robocop.

With the retro tops, is it common that people are getting the 85 squad names on the back?

Great vid. What was that song they were singing about a minute in?

Jimmy.

The song in the vid refers to Howard Kendalls 80s team, twice champions and ready to take Europe — only to be fucked by the RS.

They played flowing footy, scored goals plus took no shite on the pitch. Ah well, back to the long ball tripe and 1-9-1 formation.

Jimmy, the song in the video brings back unforgettable memories of a day out at Norwich. A Pat van den Hauwe goal, Champions again... the police let us cross the pitch into their main stand and we all sung the song while we waited for our heroes to emerge from the Directors Box, it felt like forever.

We sung our hearts out and then the doors opened and out popped jet black Reid, showered and dressed, with bottles of champagne in his hands, followed by the now immortals. He sprayed us with it while we all went mental, must of been an hour after the game finished and we were Champions. We thought it would never end.

Altogether now. Oh Everton, oh we love Everton...

All you lads who went out there deserve being compensated by the club, after having to watch that load of shite. Respect to you for making the journey though.

I was there for 2 days via Madrid.

Lovely city
Nice Square for the fans
Nice bars
Local police left us alone - Nothing heavy handed

Nice Ground
Nice evening after the game

Would I do it again if I knew we would lose 5 - 0 , Of course I would. The experience was fantastic
