Paul Scholes

BBC are quoting from the paper that no-one reads on Merseyside that Paul Scholes wants away. "I don't feel I am making as much of a contribution as I'd like. I wouldn't say I am playing some of my best football. I always preferred when I was playing regularly and scoring a lot more. Now, it's different."
So that's our next signing is it? Is there any Rooney money left owing?

He’s a down payment on Rodwell...
Seriously, he’s just scored an absolute cracker for Man U.
Word has it he’s going to Oldham, about five miles from where he lives.
I’m sure I read somewhere, that he said he would love to finish his career off at Oldham, because he was a huge boyhood fan, and still goes to watch them when he can.
5-7 years ago he was the best midfielder in Europe, if we could get him till the end of the season fair dos but do we want to go back to Ginola/Gascoigne policy.
Yea, I've read somewhere that he wants to finish his career at Oldham.
Scholes, Butt and the Nev boys all started off with Oldham, and one of them will end up back there as manager but not for at least a couple of years i wouldn’t have thought.
I’d give him a three year contract right now, and Giggs.
Rooney is all paid up, Scholes has been linked before, although tenuously. It is only down the road.
Its just a rumour...He’ll be at united at least until the end of the season.
But what a player to bring on in the second half that can make a difference
Mike, the Rooney money, I’ve heard it has just been completed. Man u sold their 1.000th pie last week, so a payment of ( According to the contract terms ) £14.50 has just been sent direct debit to Kenwright’s account.
