Today's Team vs Chelsea

Howard, Hibbert, Neill, Heitinga, Baines, Rodwell, Fellaini, Bilyaletdinov, Jo, Saha, Pienaar. Subs: Nash, Yakubu, Coleman, Duffy, Agard, Akpan, Mustafi.
So much for 'Moyes doesn't do 4-4-2'. It's a pity for Coleman that he's on the bench again but knowing our luck he'll be on after 15 mins because of an injury.

confident and composed start
Yes
King Louis does it again!!!
brilliant ball in by billy
what a great ball by bainesy!
Of ocurse my connection screws up and I miss the goal... any good?
same here Nick I Presume from the freekick on the rit? any links tha work please??
Bloody Drogba.
Just imagine if we had Drogba and they had Jo. That would be great.
At least we led for a short while.
Moyes may never have beaten Chelsea but today we led for 18 minutes.
anyone getting a decent stream - mine’s disappeared now!
foreign commentary but this link is working well for me http://futbolyayini.com/tamekran.html

Neil couldn’t care less! I was delighted when I first read we signed him: how wrong I was! PUT SOME EFFORT IN!
2-1 anelka - I’m beginning to think we should just stop scoring first against Chelsea
comical defending - this could be 6+
Business as usual. Well played, Everton. Concentration span of a bowl of goldfish.
Let the flood gates open... We defend like children
http://myp2p.eu/broadcast.php?matchid=57958&part=sports
im using the fox sports decent link stream really good....
2-1
Oh well normal service resumed.
Lets hope we don’t concede another hatful. We have already been roasted by Arsenal and Benfica.
Absolutely pathetic defending.
Great ball in by Baines (idiot commentating called him warnock ffs) Saha should have beyied that one.
why does howard always stay on his goal line?
Neil and Heitinga...a very dodgy looking partnership..
in midfield we look good when we pass it...but while we are playing 442..they look to have a couple of extra gears more than us...
Fellaini playing well, Rodwell quiet and Pienaar giving the ball away a lot.
Both sides aren’t defending well, but Chelsea looks like they can score on every attack.
If you have veetle player installed.
http://veetle.com/viewChannel.php?cid=4b23a8fcd5e36
Are these commentors serious?
Do they know Warnock doesnt play for us? If they are getting paid so much, they should atleast know the bloody players on the pitch. Every challenge by us is a penalty...and every Chelsea challenge is a FAIR one...i agree Chelsea are better than us..but they dont need the commentators to brown-nose for them!
I have reserved any judgement on Jo to this point in his Everton career, but I have made a decision now - HE IS AN ENBARRASSMENT
Dont want to worry anyone but bloody Wolves are beating Spurs. As it stands they go above us.
Bolton too are winning and West Ham are drawing.
This is not good.
Will we be in the bottom 3 for Christmas?
he is down again! Get up you fairy!
In games like these... I wish we still have Duncan Ferguson. Chelsea defence doesn’t look that water tight.
Jo needs to get off now hes totally awful!
And Jo needs to toughen up!
http://www.vshare.tv/live/10487/azsportz2/1
Decent link in English...you may have to hit reload a couple of times as it overloads with peers and asks for dosh...ignore and reload till plays normally
Foreign players? GO down too easily?
Have you heard of a guy called Steven Gerrard? These guys should be lined up and shot...pathetic commentator. Actually they arent even that..just cheerleaders for the Opposition!
Jo is a big girls blouse....probably too cold for him out there.
Sorry Jo your time is up , will never ever have the strength or committment to play in the Premiership
Maybe we can trade him for Arteta... in the injuries?
thank god I would rather have a fat, lazy, unfit Yak
2-2
Yes. Yakubu.
Thankfully Jo got injured.
Come on Spurs.
Please dont let Wolves overtake us.
yeaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Feed the Yak and he will score! The big guys back!
FEED THE YAK AND HE WILL SCORE!
Inspired substitution by Moyes
Get in there Yak, Jo go back to Shitty
get in there yak!!1 thank god for jo going off!!!!
Yes! Feed the Yak and he will score - fat, lazy, ugly or otherwise.

FEED THE YAK!!!
Is it me or is Chelski aweful when they are defending?
Score in the injury of injury time! Thank god for Jo.
I think getting injured is the biggest contibution Jo had made so far this season.
Hahahaha Jamie, I was just about to post , that I wonder how long it would take for someone to come on and say that it was a masterstroke substitution by Moyes.
By the way, doesn’t Cech look dodgy?
There whole defence lookd dodgy, if we can keep up the pressure at set peices I can see us getting a point.
Please dont concede within 90 seconds of kick off
To be honest, both sides defence look dodgy. Only problem... Chelsea looks more likely to score :(
Least the heart is being shown it is good to see that we have that back.
I think Pienaar needs to show up - he is having a stinker this half. On the other hand, Felli is looking like a class act playing from a deep midfield position.
Bily again seems very quiet to me.
Surely Moyes knows by now that Jo is pants?
Cancel his loan in January and look to bring in someone else.
There must be a decent striker we can get on-loan? I’d even take Ryan Babel from the reds. He’d be better then Jo.
Anyone is better then Jo.
Doug, totally agree. I didn’t expect much from todays game. Just a bit of passion and fight. Thats all i ask.
Doug & Jamie: totally agreed. It’s good to see that the willingness and fight is back.
Isn’t this American bloke we’re supposed to be getting a striker?
Striker or winger or centre mid
Jamie: yup. And it looks like Landon Donovan is able to play left and right midfield as well (not to mention, he’s pretty fast as well). I rather have him than Jo.
Or full-back or Centre-half or Goalie
http://www.ustream.tv/channel/tsarena
btw what is with Bily clasping his hands behind his back whenever he is in the box. A little extreme in terms of caution, no?
Defending too deep and inviting them on again
Billy & Pienaar are very quiet and not being effective at all.
Great defending from Heitenga there on Drogba
Felliani neeeds to show some maturity and not commit to those silly and unnecessary challenges.
Bily is havin a nightmare. He looks scared to tackle. Needs to grow a pair of bollocks.
Kieran...why did your link just start singing at me? lol
I know man. it’s gone mad....now it’s gone completely!
Heitinga should have had that gift to Dogbra
Lost all feeds... got one?
Having any of our center backs would have prevented that goal
Billy is having a nightmare out there.
3-2
Come on Spurs
Come on Spurs
Come on Spurs
I cant handle the embarrasment of being below Wolves.
Fuckin Baines and Bily again. How many times are they gonna stand of the man crossing the fuckin ball. Useless cunts.
http://www.iraqgoals.net/ch3.html
This has been working perfect for 2nd half so far
this one’s still up
http://befooty.blogspot.com/
When will Baines learn that he has to try and stop these crosses coming in? It’s no good hiding your arms and just dangling a leg out to try and block it. I blame him for that!!! Just like the first goal against the spuds last week - he’s got to get closer!
Who do you bring on to change things? Bily is appalling today.
http://atdhe.net/10892/watch-chelsea-vs-everton
working nicely for me
Sopcast Channel 81774 is quite good. English comm as well.
Dermont: we are left with a bunch of u-21. Take your pick. I’ll bring on Akpan - surely he can’t be as bad as Billy is today.
King Louis - get them set pieces in Chelski can’t fucking defend them!!!!!!!!
Baines!! Stop crosses coming into the box!! Don’t stand off!!!!!!
King Louis i’d like your babies! Just some annoying surgery to get out oof the way first. :P
We can fuckin beat these today!
Both side defences are fucked today. At this rate, we could end up with 5-5.
3-3. Yes. Saha is total quality. We would be fucked if we didn’t have him. Totally saved our season
Nice assist from Dogbra ha ha ha
spoke too soon....... iraqgoals gone down
Win, lose or draw the lads deserve credit today.
Just like last week they are showing a fighting spirit.
What a difference having two goalscorers up front makes - we look dangerous going forward but as weak as plywood at the back.
Saha brings one down with his face against Pompey, scores with his back against Chelsea - quality! This defending is laughable. By the way also watching Man City - Bolton and Man City’s defending with a certain Mr. Lescott is terrible, at least our centre backs are makeshift and din’t cost 40 mill!
No sense we can defend this
sopcast 81774 good for me....cheers Paul
I got nothing, anyone got something?
I can’t cheer for Spurs I am afraid
The Toffeemen are in cracking voice today. I can almost hear them from Southeast London.
Regardless of how this game ends, it's just nice to see us competing once again; I think our season is slowly turning around, all started by the inspired performance against Liverpool. The fact that we were totally robbed that day may have given the team its determination back. Good to see.
atdhe.net, the two links are temperamental but one of the two has been working most of the game
pienaar is getting fuck all protection from nob ed dowd
http://www.iraqgoals.net/4232-chelsea-vs-everton-fc-.html
You need to d/l the veetle player (link on site) and its foreign commentary - but with the quality (or lack thereof) of english commentary im actually finding the foreign stuff makes more sense.
http://www.hostream.net/menu.html then select channel 9
thanks rich, its up. COYBB
WTF. Yakubu stood still and yet it’s a foul?!?!
Dowd bugger...how is that a foul by Yakubu..and the ever idiotic commentators to back him up
where does dowd live? £1k to whoever can tell me - how is that a foul on Anelka? IOt’s fucking backing in!
Agreed Santosh...unfathomable
Tony Gale is a wanker! Every challange by us is a foul, yet chelsea can do wrong!!
When we get our team back from injury I hope we will be challenging Spurs...so Up The Wolves!
i agree Allan...exactly what ive been saying..i want to know where Dowd lives tooo
Great one handed save from Howard
Agree Will. Going ahead of Spurs is the goal by season end.
That twat Dowd is handing them this on a fucking plate
Hi guys... just woke up here in California. So have I missed anything?
Jeez, what a game.
We are living really dangerously. Billy and Pienaar needs to help out our fullbacks.
we may be tecnically pants in compatison
Bily blowing out of his backside helooks knackered but hasn’t done anything
I think Bily will be a good signing, he just needs a rest after a long russian season, let him acclimatise slowly.
Getting nervous now.....
We may be technically pants in comparison but I like our spirit
bit of commentary please lads, got nothing here
http://www.ilemi.com/channels/channel15.html still working for me
I’d take the Yak off and put one of the young uns on. He’s doin fuck all for the cause again. He just strolls around. Fuck him off.
Moyes need to get Billy out - he’s not giving us anything. I think he needs a bit of rest.
sopcast 81774 continues to be flawless
Chelsea pressing...we’re packing the box
Carvalho off...belletti on
Everybody looks knackered. But I like the composure I see... nobody acting desperate.
The odd counterattack...basically defending in depth.
They’ve thrown on another striker for Mikel
Getting wasted. Standing far too off the ball. Just letting them cross the ball all day. Panicking now.
Billy looks totally knocked out. I think any of our young ones can do any worst.
Chelsea to drop their first home points?
Need a sub, just for a little energy up front.
4 minutes of injury time, they look dangerous
Moysey well into it - he smells a point
We need to make a sub come on DM
And here comes Agard for his debut. Run like crazy, lad.
saha down, akpan getting readied
Agard just needs to run around like a headless chicken. Can’t do any worst.
Ballack just wide Bily gave it away disastrously
Bily gives it away badly there, he is knackered! Ballack should have scored
Now that’s a hell of a first career touch for Agard. YESS!!!!
What a point!!!!! Well done lads
Will take that, well done lads
YES! Have never been so pleased with a draw! LOL.
decent performance against one of the top sides, we didn’t show any fear, and I think we deserved the point. Now Moyes has got to start Yak & Saha next week
Fantastic! Magnificent result against one of the best teams in europe. Top lads!
Well done lads...... great point today :-)
I am so fuckin proud. I don’t give a shit about the opinion of the wingers who will try in a few mins to give some kind of view that will make everything we did look crap and useless.
You’re very wrong.
Just so proud.
Well done lads. Well done.
So....when do we sign King Louis to a contract. He has saved us this year
Stewart: doubt so, I think it will be back to 4-5-1. Everyone looks knackered and Billy needs a rest proper. Thank god there’s no major injury concern - and Jo’s best contribution was getting himself injured.
Another point that feels like a win....it wasnt pretty but it was effective. Heitinga did well today. Saha held the line well. Bily was pathetic...
For all our injuries, our terrible start to the season, we are still in with a shout for a top 8 finish.
Great result. Great scrambling defence again. Thought Felli played well again. Hope this is the start things to come from the big man. If only we could get the Yak back up to speed. He’s so fuckin annoying.
Strange game..great result..
Billy looking completely ovewhelmed, Pienaar being very wasteful, Rodwell anonymous and the centre halves looking cumbersome ..
But whenever we passed it about in midfield..we actually looked comfortable at times..with some eat football...
Great result

Bily was the poorest I think I’ve seen him. Good point but pity we didn’t go for the win. At least three opportunities to break with pace (who am I kidding?) and score the winner — something that is simply anathema to David Moyes.
I forgot Rodwell was playing Ciaran.
Ok the dust has settled. It seems to me a disgrace that a club that once won something should be so pleased with a draw.
BK and DM are at fault.
Surely Kirkby has taken away our class and made us happy with a point.
None of you who are celebrating this draw are real fans.
I think Landon Donovan would be a good move for us. We need the pace up front. Billy is going to be an ace player, but not when he’s totally knackered. I think he needs a short rest. Unfortunately, we can’t afford the luxury to give him that break.
I agree Wilson. I trhink Billy will be a really good player for us.
Ged: We have a bunch of kids on the bench and almost a full team in the medical room. While we should be winning every game, we have to be pragmatic sometimes, especially against a team yet to drop points at hime.
Ged, grow up - we have just drawn away with more than half our side injured and come away with a very, very creditable draw against a team who had won 7 out of 7 at home and we quadrupled their goals against!!! What in heavens name more do you want?
I’m sorry....I was being poorly ironic and taking the piss out of what the moaners will say in due course.
I am so made up with this result.
You are out of order stating we are not real fans.......I can go back over 50 years and more of supporting the blues. THAT was a great performance given the circumstances.
Gerry... for fuck's sake. It was a joke man.
Maybe ironic comments should be in italics!
We should have battered Chelsea today, with that team we’ve got there are NO excuses. Chelsea would have been shittin’ themselves when Agard came on - lucky for them he only had 2 minutes of injury time to do anything. Lucky barstuards!
When will Moyes learn that the only way we’ll continue to win and challenge for the league is when we buy someone of the class of Ronaldo!? MOYES OUT!!
I’m not a real fan of Everton by the way - GREAT result...
I’m off to drown my sorrows - getting a draw against the league leaders... the kids, 3 right backs and 2 crocked forwards ought to be ashamed!
Didn’t see that coming, I would have settled for an honourable loss. Howard was superb, Heitinga decent, Fellai good, Saha class, Rodwell... "was he playing"?
Great result, ok performance; I can see us ripping up the league now and maybe top 6 isn’t beyond us. Draw away at Chelski, draw at home to Spurs, better team against the R/S, players coming back, one loan sorted for Jan, at last something going for us.
Seminal moment: King Louis's fantastic back header.
Alright, I’ve calmed down now.
Guys, give Ged a break would you?
By the way, the refs in the league are a really bad long running joke.
Did anyone see Twattenberg sending off Bellamy for diving - both twats - made for each other!
Ok great fighting spirit and a decent result but two things worth thinking about:
1. David Moyes has still never beaten Chelsea.
2. Hull are now level on points with us and Wolves (who just beat Spurs) are now only a single point away.
Absolutely delighted with that result; I expected a thrashing. This is a Chelsea side that can blow away most teams in the world more often than not.
Sorry Ged, but your comment is plain ridiculous. I would suggest you aren’t a realist, especially given our situation currently.
On a sidenote, fair play to Jo. No quality whatsoever, of course, but he put a shift in whilst on the pitch. Louis Saha is a different class altogether.
Didn’t Bellamy try to remove Twattenberg’s fake hair a season or so ago? I guess Twatty can really hold a grudge.
Don’t say it too loudly, but if we can pick up 7-9 points in the next three games against Birmingham, Sunderland and Burnley... and then get the cavalry back in, we could be back in the mix by the new year!
Fingers crossed. We look a lot more like ’Everton’ the last few games, and that’s despite the beleaguered squad.
Richard: In the last few games, we definitely looked like the Everton we loved. The turning point seems to be the defeat in the derby. Now, we need to hang in there and pick up points in the next few games. If the bench today is any indication, we are running out of bodies.
Dick
1. A result we get against Chelsea doesn’t define our season so far - I’d rather have lost today and beaten Fulham, Wolves, Stoke, Burnley, Bolton, Hull and Bolton (and of course Liverpool!). Winning that little lot would have us in the top 3.
2. Hull were already level with us before today’s game (though point taken on the Wolves result)
As Richard says above, the next 3 games are winnable, and will go some way to getting us back on track (or leaving us in the shit if we lose).
Well played Ged Simpson — comedy gold, but your timing might not have been perfect?
Well we really scrapped for that, it’s a great point and coming off the back of the Hull second half, the unlucky derby, the hard-earned Athens win and the second half spirit against Spurs, it almost feels like a win.
The defence is still shot to pieces and Drogba and Anelka are a menace but there was much more attacking intent from Everton than we were seeing a few games ago.
It’s good to have Pienaar back and Rodwell/Fellaini is not a bad centre midfield. Bily’s not quite there yet — might be one of those who doesn’t cut it that well away from home in the PL... or might just be in a run of poor form.
Either way, with Distin back we’ll look a bit better again and if DM can have, and take advantage of, the luxury of being able to play players in their right position, we CAN start to climb the league. Starting against a very in-form Brum next weekend.
Any result is a good result.
The forecast away at Multibillionsofroubles was null points. Possibly six goals against.
One point, three goals, that’ll do me tonight.
Rodwell -
the main thing about Rodwell is that you aren’t supposed to know he’s playing. If he’d been our defensive hero today - which Heitinga was - we would have been in very deep shit - 6-0 against at least.
