Who do we think we are?

Comments (10)

I've just been perusing the fixtures for February on the 'official site' and noticed that incredibly all our fixtures are live. This is made up of four League and two Europa Cup ties.

Add the potential (TBC) game against Brum and if successful here the same again on March 6th and we COULD have 8 live games on the trot — something of a record, I reckon, unless there is a stat prof out there who knows any different. Anyway, we're deffo on 6 times... so who do we think we are... Liverpool?

Sorry to be a pedant... but how can a match not be live?

It's more down to our run of fixtures in February rather than anything else. If the Utd game was Everton vs Burnley, we wouldn’t be on.

I’ve explored the official site for details of games on TV - I presume that is what is meant by "live" - and can find no reference to TV coverage. Where should I be looking and do I need binoculars to find this information?

Unfortunately it is more to do with our opponents than it is us. We are playing Sky’s darlings, that is why we are on.

Agree with Tony, where can this information be found?

Graham it was a bit pedant(ic).

Tony/Andy see your point but I was looking at the KO TIMES on the fixtures on the EFC site.

What do you think?

I clicked on this article expecting some clever connection between Everton & Deep Purple - I suppose I should have known better really.
