Vfl Wolfsburg Vs. Everton

Should be a good test for the blues this today, this game more than the others will show if were ready or not and im looking, well wanting to see if we can sustain our early pre-season form and carry on playing well and keeping our 100% win record and take it into the Premier League next week.
Oh and another thing, any decent links to the game today at all, cheers!.

Does it work without logging in?
Yeah everton tv is not working to well having probs with video although I can hear loud and clear that we have just given away a goal!
1-0 down...not passing too well today.
Howard, Baines, Hibbert, Distin, Jagielka, Osman, Arteta, Neville, Pienaar, Bilyaletdinov, Saha
Interesting to see "hug " between Arteta and Nuts before the game.
Bet he signs too
Ta, Adrian - where's Bily playing anyone?
PIenaar will stay, this is why it's gone quiet on the transfer front, moyes wouldn't spend whatever he has or can raise until he got a commitment out of Arteta and Pienaar, makes sense.......
Right wing but he's up for it.
There is text commentary here:

everton.tv = waste of money I cannot hear anyone.
Rob just put this in your browser http://evertontv.evertonfc.com/channels/livechannel.aspx?mm=l&bw=H
I have a perfect full screen picture of the match. None of the usual stuttering.
Same link works for me Rob
We are missing the two new lads and of course Rodwell
Lacking the excitement they have brought
Howard makes a decent save to put out for a corner. Then completely misses the ball in from the corner. Big Nev would have caught it with one hand and punched the centre forward in one smooth sweeping leap above everyone.
Playing absolutely shockin.
Their second goal was a bit embarassing.
First match against a half decent opposition in pre season and we're down two already. Not a great performance so far.
I thought we kicked off at 5 today?.
So were 1 nil down, how are we fairing up to em though, are we a match for em?
Somebody should stay on the training ground with Jags and teach him how to pass a ball. He is terrible.
Agree Jamie but I hope this shows likes of Osman and neville are not auto 1st team with present squad
No we're not Aidy. We're not playing well at all. Saha has hardly touched the ball. Passes from defence going everywhere apart from the place they are supposed to go. Midfield getting totally dominated and we're 2 down, not 1.
Too right Ged, hope we see Fellani, Coleman, Jack and Beckford in the second half.
Cant believe were losing 2 nil, i was hoping we would take our pre-season form into this game and play well and hopefully get a good result and show that we are a good side and that the form we had been showing was not just due to playing shite opposition.
I agree Ged. Neville is never a midfielder and Osman should only play a bit part this coming season. What worries me is the fact that Moyes has played Hibbo at right back and so seems to have to find a place in the team for Neville. If Neville plays, it should be at right back and no place else.
I have been worried about our defence all summer following kasr seasons failure to keep clean sheets.
Distin far too casual and Bainesy not defending well enough.
Poor passing from Ossie and Billy playing as usual infrequent class touches and mostly going missing.
Still lets look at the positives Rodwell Felli and Cahill to come back in and for me give Coleman a run.
Great news about Mikki.
Cahill up front. Hibbert still on the park.
No, should be fit for Blackburn. Not sure why Yak is there and not getting 45
Referee is a bit of a dick.
I hope that because we are playing an "easy" team on Sat that DM picks an exciting and risky team.
I'd be disappointed if it was Osman and Hibbo type of team. .
We'll see
Agree Ged - Not sure what he is doing with current selection. We all know Osman isnt a wide player and why Neville and Fellaini in the middle together?
To be fair Felli is looking sharper than anyone else in a blue shirt
Having said that........I have no idea what is in the mind of any manager when it comes to friendlies.
My head says play your best team to get them used to playing together but no manager I know does that. Even St Fergie.
I guess they must have a reason.....it's not just DM who does this.
Its to get everyone fit Ged.
That's why I am not a footy manager Jamie !
Was that you Ged? Gutted we've signed Arteta? Ha ha.
Yeah....what he din't read out was the full comment
Disgusted we have signed Arteta and lost Gosling !
Whats the address you send it too?
Friendly or not, that was flat as a witch's tit.
I realise everyone has to get fit but wouldn't it have been worth having Saha and Cahill on the pitch together?
Hopefully this result is not a precursor to the coming season. We are going to see the same players that Moyes always uses despite a general consensus of agreement from most knowledgeable fans that some are just not worth a starting place. The first few games will soon tell us where we are going and hopefully the dreaded injury bug that crucified us last season will not reappear. It is however hard to imagine that we will seriously challenge the top four unless Moyes stops being so stubborn.
