Theo Walcott is being reported as a target for Everton as the spending at Goodison Park is set to continue.
As a Sunday tabloid story, it's to be taken with a sizeable pinch of salt but The Mirror claim the Blues will offer Arsenal £30m for the 28-year-old.
Walcott has struggled with injuries over the past couple of years but remains, on his day, a dangerous attacking midfielder who could help address Everton's shortage of wide players.
