Galloway wants to return to MK Dons

Brendan Galloway is angling to go back to MK Dons for the remainder of the season according to a Sky Sports source.

The defender has apparently asked that Sunderland terminate his season-long loan from Everton so that he can return to his former club.

Galloway was signed by the Blues from the Dons in the summer of 2014 and he excelled for a period as a makeshift left-back under Roberto Martinez.

A loan spell at West Brom last season went sour after just three appearances at the Hawthorns and his current move to Sunderland hasn't been any more promising, with the 21-year-old having played just four times for the Championship club.
