Everton and Tottenham are said to be interested in PSV Eindhoven player, Steven Bergwijn.
ESPN claim that "sources close the player" suggest that the two clubs are keeping an eye on the 20-year-old who has five goals and six assists from 22 Eredivisie appearances this season.
Torino reportedly had a €10m bid rejected for Bergwijn last summer.
