Glasgow Rangers have completed the signing of 16-year-old striker Arian Allen from Everton U18s.
Allen has only broken through into the U18s this season, coming on as a sub in a handful of games under Leighton Baines. He hails from Montserrat, a British Overseas Territory in the West Indies, and has been with the Everton Academy since he turned 10 years old.

No mention of a fee, and I think they are only allowed to charge a modest development fee, if anything, so it's surely not a transfer done for the money into Everton's coffers.
Maybe they've watched him and made him an offer Everton couldn't match and he couldn't refuse.
A pity if he was one earmarked to be part of our future team-building efforts out of the Academy, when the transfer ban hits!!!
