Checking in on Everton’s Adam Aznou

Under the tagline “The split was probably best for all parties…” this piece suggests that there were some rumblings about Aznou’s attitude and work ethic  — particularly on Bayern Munich’s Club World Cup trip — that might have pushed the club over the edge in determining to get rid of the young left-back.

Time will tell if Aznou’s rumoured effort to force his way out of Bayern Munich will benefit him, but he has to get healthy first. Aznou played 81 minutes for Everton’s U21s in their 2-1 loss to Doncaster on Tuesday.
