Everton Membership and streaming access

I am trying to renew my digital membership and get access to stream our 2 friendlies this week.

On the Everton website, it keeps telling me I have a current subscription but last year’s subscription ran out on 9 June and I can’t see a renewal in my credit card charges.

Any advice on what to do?
