Everton U18s 3 – 2 Derby County U18s
Everton U18s came back from a 2-goal deficit against Derby County U18s in Saturday’s league fixture to win at Finch Farm.
With a new name on the bench – Freddie Murdock – Leighton Baines’s youngsters were two goals down inside the first 20 minutes.
Everton had a much better second half, with Braiden Graham starting the comeback before the scores were level thanks to an Osayande own-goal. And that new man Justin Clarke was on the scoresheet again to give the Young Blues the lead.
But 2 minutes after scoring, Clarke was shown a red card, Everton finishing the game with 10 men.
