Looking forward to the final weekend of this largely horrible season for us in the Premier League, it seems that Arsenal will still have a chance to become Champions, however small.
It should mean a great day for the loyal band of away supporters who have done such a tremendous job getting behind the team, especially through that extremely painful barren spell.
And for the large majority of us who can not be part of that faithful Blue troup, I think it means that the Arsenal game is almost certain to be one of the three final-day games that will be televised live and in full by our friends at Sky Sports.
Hopefully Sean Dyche will see this as one final chance this season to show the footballing world his penchant for rigorous defence against potentially overwhelming opposition, even though Pickford’s chance of securing the best record for clean sheets has slipped away now.
That would be a much better watch than some of the more horrendous final-day outings we have suffered over the years against The Gunners, and be an excellent tribute to what Sean Dyche has achieved for us this season.
