ToffeeWeb Comment System Update

ToffeeWeb Community,

Just wanted to say thanks for your patience and feedback regarding the change over to the new comment system, it’s very much appreciated. We’ve seen and noted all of your comments, positive and negative, and will keep working to improve the experience. As noted, this was a technical change we needed to make and we’re working with Arena to improve all aspects.

We’ve passed on the following features and feedback (plus much more) to their product team and our own technical staff and hope to have solutions soon:

• A fix for the Recent Comments widget
• Timestamps and dates for all comments
• Ability to list comments from oldest first
• Greater number of comments displayed before ‘Show more comments’
• Text formatting – italic, bold etc
• Increase in character limit for comments
