| If you are a shareholder in The Everton Football Club Company Limited
you are entitled to join the Everton Shareholders Association (ESA).
As a member of the Shareholder Association you are entitled to attend and
vote at the Annual General Meeting.
All shareholders are urged to attend the forthcoming Annual General Meeting where the Development Proposals put forward by the Reform Group will be debated. Monday 2nd June 2003 If you are not currently a member of the Shareholders Association, it is recommended that you join beforehand to avoid any confusion on the night. Send a cheque for 5 payable to The Everton Shareholders Association with a covering letter stating your name, address, and your share certificate number, requesting membership of the Association for 2002-03 to: R E Darrell Edwards You can confirm receipt with Darrell on 0151 639-1709.
