Blues coverage in America

For those 10-odd away games I can't make it to I have to search for a stream and I can't help but notice that these streams are often from an American channel such as ESPN or Fox Soccer Channel. It seems as though those are the two channels that consistently cover our matches more than any channel in the world. Is this a sign that our star is rising in America after Landon's stay here or is it just me?

I moved to the States 2 years ago and can now watch EVERY Everton league match through ESPN, FSC and the new website called foxsoccertv. If the games are not on TV, then they are on foxsoccertv. It replaced Setanta broadband and for next season ill be getting the years subscription.

I no longer need to use pirate streaming sites and its brilliant!!!!

It may be possible to get it in the UK, cos I know it allows payment with UK cards like maestro uk.

You are correct about Everton being on a lot over here, although I just assumed that the televised games here were the ones on TV back in England.

I believe this is not actually unique to the USA: many overseas markets have reached the point now where ALL Premier Leagues games are available on TV, as complete games, live or delayed. Whereas by contrast, I think it is perhaps only 3 or 4 out of the 10 games played each typical weekend in England are actually available live on domestic TV?

This has absolutely nothing to do with Landon Donovan or any other players. The English Premier League has virtually worldwide exposure for TV especially in certain markets where the coverage and availability (ironically) is far superior to what you can get (legally) in England.

Out here in Hong Kong they show every single Premier League game live. This has been the case for the past 3-4 years.

It's brilliant! Haven't missed an Everton match in years now!

In Singapore, the Premier League games shown live on cable are selective. Most games will be shown live. Those not shown live to be played later AND without the TV host revealing the results (if I remember correctly).

In Dubai if you have OSN cable you get to see all Premier League games live. At times, you even get to see EvertonTV on Fox Sports Channel.

South Africa used to show almost every game live... now they have signed up the German and Italian leagues and show those games at the same time using up some channels... it sucks piles!

But all games are shown eventually over the weekend... still!

It means absolutely nothing.

Some stations have enough channels to broadcast every game.
