Excuse the 'Dora the Explorer' quote , but could we all collectively tell Arsene Wenger to sling his hook and stop trying to swipe our players now he's found his transfer wallet — after mislaying it for several years, it seems. First of all it's Peanuts who gets the come-on and now (according to the Daily Mail) he's after Jags as well.
I've lost faith with Peanuts of late (I was a fan when he first came along and took a lot of stick from most TW scribes when I was supporting his early transition). I'm praying he has a blinder to bump up the price in the remaining Group A matches, as let's face it, despite his Christian exterior, he's clearly as mercenary and materialistic as every other modern footballer (unlike our Tiny Tim, thankfully).
However, I think Jags has the potential to be as loyal a centre-half as the likes of Labone and Lyons and as he regains this monumental pre-injury form over the next few months, he's an asset we must keep if we are to remain even vaguely contenders next year.
Why don't you search elsewhere, Arsene — and leave a proper club alone — you disappoint me with these types of newspaper quotes. I thought we'd seen the last of those with the demise of Mark Hughes! COYBs

When Barcelona want Fabregas he wets his knickers and starts whining — something he excels at — and even has his chairman poncing on about gentleman's agreements not to poach. But it's alright for him to flirt like the whore he is with our players. What a prick he is!
On a slightly different point, if Allerdyce (who is not very tall) is called 'Big Sam', shouldn't Wenger (who is very tall) be called 'Big Arse'?
This is what I can't understand, and detest , about many modern players - why go, even for double money, when you're already a millionaire, to sit on a `big' CL team's bench?
Shouldn't playing be the major factor? Or are some of them just lucky bastards who have a skill we'd give anything for but are only it for the money?
If they want to sign anyone of our players they should go through the proper channels and show some respect for our club.
As far as Pienaar is concerned i agree with alan, he fits into a specific style of play at Everton. We suit him and he suits us. I think he will move on and it will be the biggest mistake of his career. He wont be loved and wont like sitting on the bench most weeks - unfortunately his loss and ours .....
They have been running story after story trying to unsettle our club.
1. if his player chops your player down its a fair tackle but if your player brushes against his player then its almost a capital offence
2. his eyes are like an eagles any time a disputed decision goes against his team but he is struck blind when a disputed decision goes his way
To me, that is just as bad as anything Barca have done with Febregas.
The original reasons still stand but, as I had already given them it seemed redundant to repeat so I gave two additional reasons to support the point I made.

Pienaar yesterday showed why he should stay at Everton. He plays well in a specific system in one position in front of Baines. He disappears at Everton even if he switches to the right or the centre so he can expect total anonymity if he moves to another club.
