ANOTHER new signing?

Just saw this link, which apparently shows a medical for some Azerbaijani international who's 18. He's listed as an Everton player on Wikipedia, though that should always be taken with a heavy pinch of salt.
Whether it's true or not, at least we seem to be getting the ball rolling nice and early!

We were interested in him in January I think but couldn't get a work permit for him and he was close to signing for Rubin Kazan but that cant of happened either cos he's still at his club in Azerbijan.
Signing young up and coming players is all good but how many of 'em are going to make the grade for us and start making an impact on the team in the coming years?
As well as signing these prospects, I'd like us to sign a quality known player; I'm not saying a world class type name but someone like Donovan or Sessegnon to play RW for us, 'cos to me that's where we need to strengthen to balance the side out and give us that threat apart from just down our left. But it all depends on what money we have doesn't it which I doubt is a lot and that's why were forking out little bits here and there for these youngsters to fill out the squad and hope they come good in a year or two's time.

Apparently he was great in this years
'Back of Beyond, Goat Herders challenge Cup', scoring 4 times in 3 games & winning the much coveted 'Golden sheeps bladder' .
My Goodison source reckon's Kenwright has really pushed the boat out on this one as by all accounts we've paid 4 yurts & a camel for this guy.
My own view is that it's got to be a wind up, as come on...... There's no way Bill could afford the 'Big League' price of 4 Yurts & a Camel !
