After all the build up to this season, I, like a good few others, thought this was it, this was the season we would be possible Top 3. Moyes saying it's his strongest squad blah blah blah. The fixture list being kind to us with very winnable early games to get us up and running...
And now what? Highly likely we are out of the cup on Saturday... absolutley no cash to buy anyone. Our forwards... well, the word useless springs to mind. And now that lot from over the park have had a mini revival...Sod it, I am off into town tonight, go down Mathew St and get legless...

I've given up, Vela to west brom... martins to brum... we can't keep up with these lower teams, even thinking we can come close to the shite is stupid now.

The problem is money... we won't make champions league... probably won't make europe... the club has no money and seems to be selling assets whether they admit it or not. The whole thing seems pointless. Where's the money Bill?!

Was it Kenwrights fault that 3 weeks after another of our woeful starts to the season Moyes on the OS said "It would take another four weeks before the team would be hitting its straps.
That was an astonishing admission of a totally inadequate preparation.
Lets not forget that this is supposedly the best squad he has ever had.
Is it Blue Bill who picks the team, puts players in wrong positions, dictates mind numbing tactics and usuallly when its far too late makes changes.
By all means if you feel the need to protest at least admit that Bill is not the only culprit.

And another thing, What has gone wrong with our scouting system. It is years since it unearthed good players.
I refuse to believe that from billions of players world wide we cannot find at least one that is better than some of the crap that infests our squad.

I agree with you mate. Once again the preparation and early season form have been terrible. Another thing Moyes has failed to do is generate funds from player sales. Pienaar should have gone in the summer, as should Yobo and possibly the Yak. That lot would have generated at least £15 million, and even if he had only been given half of that to spend, we could have had a few new players in. As it stands, we got next to nothing for Pienaar, and the Yak and Yobo are depreciating in value as time goes by. We have no new players except for some Greek kid we have signed for peanuts today. The manager has simply not performed this season.

Joey #2 Moyes said he wanted Vela, the scouts misheard and looked at Vellios, came back and said Hmm, not sure he's ready for the premier league. Moyes says nonsense sonny, speaks to Bill who think ?200k for Vela is a snip, I'll have some of that and thats how we ended up with Vellios.
As for the Shite, the one thing they've done right with signing Suarez is they've bought Torres replacement BEFORE they let Torres go.

Same old, same old from Moyes-He is pessimistic about getting players before the deadline and yet many others are finding ways of getting them. I hear today Anichebe is doubtful for tomorrow and yet Martins is signed on loan by the Baggies.
We are not even competetive at getting loan players anymore.
Moyes has signed two youngsters-why? He doesn't give them the breaks they need in playing time. Just look at Rodwell, Duffy,Baxter etc. Are the players who are keeping these out playing well. I don't think so.
So the saga goes on. Everton have performed badly most of the season and they will continue to do so under Moyes. Maybe we will get lucky against Chelski but it won't change the sad truth. We are currently a second rate team who struggle to win against every team in the league thanks to Moyes. Where's the taxi when you need one.

Vela, Bentley, Muntari, Martins, Wright-Phillips, Santa-Cruz to name but a few.... But as Moysey says we are looking for loans that will improve our squad but they aren't out there.
Aren't all the above mentioned loan signings or prospective loans. Now correct me if I'm wrong but is our squad that fucking good (minus Pienaar, Yakubu and Vaughan) that we don't need to be chasing the likes of these. I also seem to recall Moyes mentioning Premiership experience as a must, do none of these players have enough of this for our esteemed manager.

Moyes was backed into a corner when Pienaar said he didn't want to play in the derby, and no doubt he was getting pressure upstairs to accept the money. So although he wanted to keep him to the end of the season, his hand was forced.
I am not blaming just Moyes by the way, it's the board as well. But in my opinion, if we don't have any money then it's part of the manager's remit to generate some funds, and to be honest he has not done this - he has dug his heels in and just accepted we have no money. Watching Pienaar's contract run down has been like watching a car crash for me. I knew he wouldn't re-sign, so we should have shipped him out last summer. And as for Yobo and the Yak, if they don't feature in our plans, put them on the transfer list. Be proactive. Don't just amble along.

Have to agree Rob Vela and Martins have electric pace and you have to wonder what the fuck goes on at Everton we don't even go for them. I guess the fire sale must continue
Personally I think the two of the should go. We've had some good times under the Moyes / Kenwright era but neither of them has had the extra 10 per cent required ti win us a trophy. Time to go boys before it gets ugly.

Dick, it's Kenwright's fault that he's allowed Moyes to continue with his inept tactics, negative dour football etc by not having the balls to get rid of him. For me, Kenwright should of sacked Moyes before a ball was kicked before the West Ham away game after seeing that we were playing Cahill up front with 3 strikers on the bench. If not sacked then at least sectioned.
