The Numbers that count says it all.
0 Comments: DNP.... Silly name...
With no new signings of noteworthyness, this team is practically the same team as last season. So, with that said, here are the numbers:
1. Man. Utd, 1 point gained last season.
2. Chelsea 4 points gained last season.
3.Man. City, 6 points gained last season.
4. Arsenal, 0 point gained last season.
5. Tottenham, 4 points gained last season.
6. Liverpool, 4 points gained last season.
This is a list of the teams that finished above us last season.
Points based on home/away fixture results in terms of table points.
If E.F.C. had taken care of lower opposition last season, no doubt in my mind we would be in CL football this season.
With that said, this TEAM has 1 year of experience together as a whole, if we continue to get excellent results against 'better' opposition (the teams above us last season), and be more consistent against teams that finished below us. CL here we come, with vengence.
Finch Farm is a gold mine!
If we still had W Rooney, our scoring issue wouldn't be an issue.
