Looking through the Echo's Everton match report online last night and was disappointed to see the negative comments left by the reds in the comments section, this though i thought is probably par for the course... bit 'o banter, etc .

How wrong I was. Looked through the Liverpool match report to find all the Evertonian comments blocked by the moderator in excess of 20 comments! Surely all of these weren't inappropriate? You've had my last 50p Manchest... er sorry Liverpool Echo.

I cant find these comments Phil, could you put the link up because i was having this argument yesterday with a red apparently we are the bitter ones and Liverpool arnt intersted in Everton, i would love to E-mail him the the link with the comment of the reds just to shove the shite he talks back down his throat.

It's some reds pressing the complaint button, I had loads knocked on the head, all fairly civil digs at Dalglish.

Fair play to one or to reds they noticed it and agreed it was shite.

had another go this morning with the same stuff - no problem.

Some of them froth at the mouth.

It was the same on the old BBC 606 forum, whenever anyone made any comment about Liverpool, the whinging little gobshite would put complaints in to moderators, an get it removed. They are pathetic.

Come on lads have a bit of sympathy for our dear neighbours. Having for the second time sold their scouse birth right to yankee snake oil traders and carpetbaggers Spurs provided a startling wake up call.
After campaigning against several managers until they ended up with their idolised Dogleash they have hit the wall.
Already I can hear the rustle of protest banners being unfurled and the rattle of pitch forks getting a polish. The marching bands are tuning up yet they have nowhere to go..
One or two debacles like the Spurs one will unleash a blood letting like never before.
I advise evertonians to maintain a dignified distance though a quiet chuckle would be OK.

Quite right lads, dignity above all else.

Whatever you may think about BK and co, or David Moyes' tactics, what we get from the club is always on the moral high ground. When Moyes was threatened by the FA about his comments concerning one of our favourite refs of all time, they withdrew and said no more. We may complain when we have grounds to, but we don't whinge.

Their manager, on the other hand, is just discovering what life outside the 'Sky 4' is like. The decisions don't all go your way. Penalties are awarded against you. Perfectly good goals are chalked off. This he calls 'a conspiracy'.

How undignified!

I'm looking at the Echo reports and comments now for each respective fixture. Even if this does give me an excuse to have another look at a 4-0 reverse for the shite while the wounds are still fresh.

There were one or two Blue comments on the post match aforementioned Shite discussions but they are still evident and have not been omitted.

I'm really pleased for the Spurs to get such a magnificent victory and against such excellent opposition too, it's not very often the North Londoners get one over on the Reds, and Spurs even went from 1912 to 1985 without a league win Anfield, which is quite an amazing statistic really.

The Titanic may have sunk in the former year and strangely enough was actually discovered off New Foundland in the latter year but statistics apart, I fear Dalglish could be in charge of another large vessel heading for a Premier League iceberg and any Title dreams to once again break in half and sink without trace.

I'm looking forward to some more RS disasters this season, absolutely.
