I would love Tom Ince...but any deal, unfortunately, will cost around 8million and therefore be reliant on the loss of one of our top two players, unless we manage to sell Heitinga and Jelavic for reported/suggested prices (An unlikely prospect imo). But I think Ince looks a fantastic talent, and has a real eye for goal.

With respect to Sinclair...I think a loan deal with a buy clause set at around 4-5million makes sense. I think he was great in his first season with Swansea, and has better potential ability than the likes of Routledge or Dyer. Although, as stated before, Tom Ince would be preferred. I also don't think we should rule out Victor Moses yet...I would not be surprised to see him in an Everton shirt come early September.

I recall Martinez saying that he was only interested in players with the 'right attitude'.

Unsure why the daily star would think he is valued b/w £7m-£8m. Thought he only cost City £6m. I would be surprised if we have any money left to buy anybody!

Honestly thought better of you, you can't be serious about Routledge surely? Not Premiership quality, less of an end product than Sinclair and can't score to save his life (2 goals in 10 years of the Premier League or something?).

No thanks on Sinclair as well. Showed last year he's not bothered about football, only on picking up the biggest wage packet possible.

Personally John, I don't see a great deal of difference between him and Zaha. I think he could have the same kind of impact for us, as Ashley Young did for Villa long term (i.e approaching 10 goals a season, and setting up a fair few). He also can play off the right hand side, if need be.

Sinclair would swap the City bench for ours. Not good enough to displace Mirallas or Pienaar in my humble opinion & if this Barca lad is as good as all the hype & the youtube vids, maybe not good enough to displace him either. As others have mentioned, Tom Ince is a good shout. Thought he was their best player, when I watched the cup tie against Blackpool a couple of years back.

A short while back, any talk regarding midfielders was based on the well subscribed thought that Fellaini was on his way to pastures new.
It has all gone very quiet with regards the lad.
Has interest waned from other clubs, his name is hardly mentioned as a target for Arsenal or Chelsea. Am I gulity of wishful thinking in wondering if Fellaini will be with us next season?

He turned down Cardiff because he didn't think it was the right club for him even though he was offered a very good deal. So that tells me he has the right attitude. Club has to suit him and I think we are a good match.

Don't rate Ince one iota, much ado about nothing, prefer Sinclair he can actually beat people and looked sensational at Swansea IN THE PREM!

In my opinion, both are young players and will improve, plus adding quality off the bench, take a tired Peinaar or Mirallis off and introduce an energetic player like one of these 2 would surely reap some rewards.

I agree with James Wilson. Moses is the only winger i'm interested in us signing. Mcgeady, Sinclair, Dyer and Ince aren't anywhere near the level of Moses IMO.

We are going to have to sell some players though, and raise some money before we can even think about signing any of these players
