I think he would blend well and help in the final third. He's a light weight, Mirallas type, only he has peripheral vision, he will pass and find his man. He can mix his tempo and will attack the goal. I'd welcome him as somewhat more refined.

He'd be a brilliant signing. He's quick, skillful and can score a goal or two.

Generally we need to be signing players 25 or under to preserve the resale value. Age is the main reason we got the fees we did for Jela & Vic.

In retrospect a few extra mill on Bony instead of Kone would have been a much better move and who knows where those extra goals may have put us this season. Retrospect is easy though. Let’s hope we get the right striker this summer and that Kone gives some value for the £6M we spent on him.

It will be interesting to see Kone when he returns; in the brief outings he had he showed all the mobility of a mannequin. The mannequin was better in the air though.

It has been a weird season: equally uplifting and frustrating... converting even half the chances we create and it would be a goal-fest.

It is nice to see us playing football again even if it can occasionally be pedestrian.

James (732), Kone was never healthy this season. The Kone who blew past Heitinga and beat Howard last season was no mannequin. I still rate him.

This sounds good. We need to add strikers that are strikers and score goals, at least two. No need for more creative passers in the attacking area. We also need a really good central midfielder with a brain, vision and two good feet. And at last we need two more defenders. One central with excellent positioning and calmness and one back-up for Coleman.
