Having the same targets as supposed lesser clubs is a nonsense. We could unearth a cheap gem and if not then he can be moved on. Throwing 20 million at people like Lukaku and Bony isn't necessarily going to work out, it may do, but it is a risk. We do not have huge wages or CL to offer the top players.

I'm not so sure we will splash the cash this summer unless someone goes for big money. I'd rather we buy smart in a few different positions and gradually improve the squad.
