Blues linked with Bundesliga prospect

Everton are being credited with interest in 22 year-old Hertha VSC and Germany U21 striker Pierre-Michel Lasogga by The Express.

The Blues face competition from Newcastle for the striker who scored 13 times in 18 starts in the Bundesliga this season and could cost as much as £10m according to the report.

Do Newcastle have scouts or do they just see who Everton are looking at, over the years Newcastle have gone for the same players as Everton and signed a few along the way, just a thought.

We're only ¾ of the way through May and so far we've been linked with so many players that we could double the squad. Add to that Chelsea set to make a £12mill bid for Stones (great teenage prospect, barring injury a playing career stretching as far as the eye can see, oh and just been called up for the full England squad) but as far as the papers are concerned £12 mill enough and they want the deal done before the World Cup starts.

All complete bollocks; occasionally they get it right throwing darts at a dartboard and monkeys with typewriters come to mind.

Well this guy scored the only goal in a relegation match last night to keep Hamburg in the Bundesliga. I haven't seen much of him but, from what I saw, I can't see him being a PL player... plus he will want to be rewarded by HSV now for keeping their Bundesliga record of not being relegated.

Actually I just read he's linked with a move to Wolfsburg too, and he was on loan from Hertha Berlin to Hamburg and his crazy mother is his manager. See pic via link:

I love Roxette :-) Heard Per Gessle is our new striker. But honestly how much rubbish does the papers spout.

I mean John Stones to Chelsea for £12 - £13 million is hilarious.
