Henen deal inches closer
The end of David Henen's protracted move from Anderlecht to Everton appears to be in sight based on the latest from a Belgian source.
Het Laatste Nieuws reporter Sven Claes suggests that Henen will be staying with Everton now after betraying some frustration with the drawn-out negotiations last weekend and threatening to return home to Belgium.
The deal with the Belgian giants is still not 100% complete but there appears to have been some movement towards finally ratifying the 18 year-old's switch to the Blues.
An announcement could come this weekend... but we've been here before! Believe nothing until he's pictured next to the badge at Finch Farm holding up a jersey.
