Diame again linked with Everton
Everton are once again being linked with a move for Senegalese midfielder, Mohamed Diame, with even the £3.5m price tag being trotted out again.
The claim is made by Goal.com who seem pretty sure of themselves on this one but there has been no further credence lent to the story by other sources so far.
The West Ham player seems to be linked with the Blues each transfer window these days, more so because he used to play under Roberto Martinez at Wigan, but has remained at Upton Park to this point.
Rumours posted to Twitter from West Ham fans suggesting that Diame has said his goodbyes to his Hammers team-mates have been debunked as false and with central midfielders James McCarthy, Gareth Barry, Muhamed Besic, Darron Gibson, Leon Osman and Ross Barkley already at the club and Steven Pienaar able to play there too, this seems like an unlikely one.
