Chelsea set to cancel Atsu loan
Apparently Chelsea are furious with the lack of first-team appearances that Christian Atsu has received at Everton and are threatening to send him to Sunderland, according to the Daily Express.
The winger has struggled to break into the Blues' first team and has managed just 70-minutes worth of Premier League football since arriving on loan in August.
Roberto Martinez expressed his belief recently that Atsu will play a greater role in Everton's season after the New Year once he has fully settled in at Finch Farm.
Media reports claim, though, that Chelsea are keen on recalling the Ghanaian and farming out on another loan to Sunderland, where he they believe he has a greater chance of regular first-team football.
