Beckham targets Howard for Miami
Tim Howard is a target for David Beckham's new Major League Soccer outfit Miami, according to the Sunday People.
The ex-Manchester United star has apparently flagged the American as an ideal signing to boost the profile of his fledgeling club given Howard's elevated status following the World Cup.
Howard signed a new four-year contract extension with Everton over the summer and intimated at the time that he had closed the door on the prospect of playing in the MLS making this an unlikely link.
