Everton make enquiry for Van Dijk
Everton have approached Celtic with regard to centre back Virgil van Dijk, Goal.com claims.
They claim that sources close to the Scottish champions suggest that the 23 year-old Dutchman could leave Celtic Park next month after impressing since arriving in Scotland from FC Groeningen.
He could command a fee of between £8m and £10m and if there is any truth to the story, Sunderland are vying for the defender's signature as well.
