Martinez eyeing Maloney reunion
Everton are again linked with a move for David Marshall while Shaun Maloney also crops up as a reported target of Roberto Martinez.
Marshall fits the bill as a potential goalkeeping acquisition this month but it remains to be seen whether there is any substance to the speculation suggesting Martinez is weighing up an offer.
Maloney, meanwhile, is wanted by Leicester but is an obvious link to Goodison given his history with Martinez at Wigan.
The Herald suggest that the pair would cost £5m, with Marshall valued at around £4m after recently signing a new contract at Cardiff.
The Liverpool Echo have since quashed the Maloney speculation, though, saying Everton are not interested in the Scottish international.
