Everton deny making Marshall inquiry
Sunday speculation/nonsense has it that Roberto Martinez has made contact with Cardiff about a £6m move for goalkeeper David Marshall.
There are rumours of unknown veracity that the Blues are close to agreeing a deal while the Daily Star make the claim that the initial approach has been made. But the Everton manager has subsequently denied the claim saying there is nothing at all in it.
