More McCarthy-to-Spurs nonsense
Tottenham will offer Younes Kaboul and Aaron Lennon in part exchange for James McCarthy according to the latest from the "silly season".
Goal.com "understands" that Spurs are hoping to put together a £20m package to land the 24 year-old and have "a number of players" they'd be willing to use as leverage.
McCarthy has been out of action for a month with hamstring problems but could return in the match at Crystal Palace on 31 January.
