Moyes wants to re-sign Oviedo

David Moyes has his eyes on one of the signings he made as Everton as he weighs up a move for Bryan Oviedo.

The Scot originally brought the Costa Rican to Goodison Park almost three years ago for an initial fee of £1.2m and, The Express claim, wants him to join him at Real Sociedad.

Oviedo has played just 11 games this season because of a lengthy recovery from a double leg-break last year, a hamstring injury sustained in February and then a metatarsal fracture that temporarily prematurely ended his campaign.

For his part, Roberto Martinez has made no secret of his admiration for Oviedo and is unlikely to want to lose him, particularly if Luke Garbutt leaves Goodison this summer.
