Blues to battle reds for Russian winger
Everton are interested in Real Madrid's unsettled winger Denis Cheryshev according to a report in Spain.
Marca report that the Blues have been tracking the Russian's situation after he admitted that he was unsure of his next move.
The 24-year-old spent last season on loan at Villarreal and was thought to be surplus to requirements at the Bernabeu before the arrival of Rafael Benitez.
The ex-Napoli boss is believed a fan of Cheryshev and could persuade him to stay.
While Everton would likely be looking at taking him on loan again, Liverpool are reported by the Echo to be weighing up a £14m bid to take him to Anfield on a permanent basis.
