Everton linked with Senegal star

The 25-year-old has reportedly been approached by Bayer Leverkeusen and Monaco but has his heart set on a move to England to join up with his wife who works in Manchester.

That could give the Blues a leg up over the likes of Chelsea, Tottenham and Newcastle who are said to be eyeing him but Manchester United are also in the mix. With Roberto Martinez notoriously reluctant to do business in January and having made no hint of a desire to bring in help for Romelu Lukaku, it's unlikely there is much to the stories linking Everton to the Senegal international.
