The Daily Mail claim that both clubs are seriously interested in the 17-year-old and that Madrid have already had an offer of £9m knocked back by AIK.

According to the report, the Swedish club are after £14m for Izak who has scored 10 times in 24 games so far and that Everton are hoping to tempt the player with a more immediate path to first-team football than would be on offer at the Bernabeu.
